  • We offer a wide range of locket styles, including classic round lockets, heart-shaped lockets, vintage-inspired designs, and modern minimalist lockets. At the moment, all of our lockets are available in sterling silver.
Can I personalize my locket?
  • Yes! We specialize in inserting your precious photos inside your locket. Engraving coming very soon!

How do I add a photo to my locket?

  • You can upload a digital image when you place your order. We’ll resize and fit the photo into your chosen locket. 

How long does it take to receive a personalized locket?

  • Personalization typically adds 1-2 business days to the processing time. Standard shipping takes an additional 2-5 business days, depending on your location. We also offer expedited shipping options for faster delivery.

Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?

  • Yes, all of our lockets come beautifully packaged in a premium gift box, perfect for special occasions. We also offer gift wrapping and the option to include a handwritten note with your purchase.

What is your return/exchange policy?

  • We accept returns and exchanges on non-personalized lockets within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is in its original condition. Unfortunately, personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Can I track my order?

  • Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email if you select tracked postage at checkout. You can use this to track your package on our website or with the shipping carrier. Please note that standard free shipping is not tracked.

What size photos fit inside the locket?

  • The size of the photo depends on the locket style you choose. We will resize the image for you to ensure it fits perfectly.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secure, and your payment details are encrypted for safety.

Do you ship internationally?

  • To keep your locket looking its best, avoid exposing it to water, chemicals, or perfumes. Gently clean it with the soft cloth that comes with your locket, and store it in a dry place when not in use.

Can I place a bulk order for a special event?

  • Absolutely! We accommodate bulk orders for events like weddings, anniversaries, or corporate gifts. Please contact us directly to discuss customization and bulk pricing.

What happens if my locket arrives damaged?

  • If your locket arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We’ll be happy to replace it or offer a refund based on the situation.
